SHIPPING WITHIN THE UNITED STATES
California Tailor products are shipped by USPS Priority Mail free of charge within the USA.
Orders will ship between 2-3 business days. We can ship overnight for an additional charge; contact us by email or at (323) 577 2731 to speed up your delivery.

International orders are set via USPS international and shipping charges will be determined when you check out.
International customers are responsible for all customs duties and fees.
By law, all items must be declared at their full price.
We cannot alter this amount to decrease international custom fees.
If you refuse a shipment from California Tailor, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, import fees, duties and/or taxes. You are also responsible for the return of the package to California Tailor. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. In the instance that the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.

We accept returns of unworn and unwashed items in the original packaging within 30 days of when your order was delivered for a full refund or exchange.
It is your responsibility to pay for any returns.
We recommend packages be returned via traceable carrier and insured to the full amount of the merchandise.
We are not responsible for missing packages.
Refunds will be issued and exchanged items will be sent after the returned goods have been received and checked over.
We have the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
Refunds will be issued within 7 business days and you will be notified via email when your refund has been completed.
We do not currently accept returns or exchanges for international orders.
All Sale items can be exchanged for store credit only.
Sale purchases can not be combined with any other offer. Offers and coupons can be used for regular priced items only.
